Accommodation Registration

If you wish to use your property/site as any type of visitor accommodation for 2025 - 2026 it is a legal requirement under Isle of Man legislation that you are registered with Visit Isle of Man, Department for Enterprise. The information contained within this form will be used to create the Department’s list of legally registered accommodation.

The following legislation and regulation is applied to tourist accommodation:

The Tourist Act 1975 and the Tourist (General) Regulations 1991
The Tourist (General) (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002
The Tourist (General) (Amendment) Regulations 2001
Data Protection Act 2018 and Law Enforcement Directive

If you have an existing registration this renewal must be completed by Friday 24 January 2025.

If you have multiple self-catering units at the same location - please complete one ‘self-catering (more than 1 unit)’ form. If you have multiple self-catering units at different locations – please complete one ‘self-catering (1 unit)’ form, per unit.
